This guide explains how the Iskander Network operates, how mining capacity expands over time, and how Affiliate Rewards recognize participants who help grow the network.
Some participants simply hold mining seats and receive coins generated by their allocated mining capacity. Others actively help expand the network and may receive additional incentives designed to recognize those contributions.

How It Works
How the Iskander Mining Network Operates
The Iskander ecosystem is built around professionally operated mining infrastructure. Rather than requiring participants to operate their own mining equipment, Iskander builds and manages the infrastructure while allocating mining capacity through HASH.

Iskander operates professional mining facilities that provide:
- Mining hardware
- Data center infrastructure
- Cooling and power management
- Network connectivity
Network Participants
Participants acquire mining seats. Each seat represents 100 m/h of mining capacity within the network. Participants receive coins generated by the hash power allocated to their seats.
Network Expansion
As participation grows:
- New mining infrastructure is deployed
- Total network hash power expands
- The network becomes more decentralized
Participants who help expand the network may receive Affiliate Rewards and other incentives.

Ways to Participate in the Network
Participants join the ecosystem in different ways.
Passive Network Participants
Some participants simply hold mining seats and receive coins generated by their allocated mining capacity. They may also choose to lock coins to earn bonus HASH allocations.
Network Affiliates
Other participants actively help expand the network by introducing new miners. Affiliates may earn Affiliate Rewards, additional mining capacity through HASH conversion, and Affiliate Bonuses.
Infrastructure Supporters
Some participants strengthen the network by locking coins and expanding their mining capacity over time.

The Affiliate Rewards structure is intentionally simple. There are:
- no rank requirements
- no point systems
- no volume thresholds

Converting Affiliate Rewards to HASH
If Affiliate Rewards are taken in HASH, the reward value is converted into mining capacity. Each seat represents 100 m/h of mining capacity.

Important
The full multiplied HASH amount is awarded immediately when the bonus is earned. However, the HASH must remain locked for the entire lock period.
Once the lock period ends, participants may unlock or re-lock their HASH.

Example
If a participant has 500 coins and locks them, the bonus applies to:
- Those 500 coins
- All coins mined during the lock period
Important
Locked coins cannot be transferred until the lock period ends.
Participants may unlock or re-lock coins after the lock period expires.

Mining During Stretch
Participants mine coins at the full stretched seat level immediately. However, coins beyond the paid seats are held in escrow until the balance is paid.
Paying Off the Balance
Balances may be paid using:

- TXC at market rate
Participants may pay the balance at any time with no penalty.

1-2-FREE Bonus
Receive additional mining capacity by helping expand the network. There is no limit to how many times this bonus can be earned.
Founder Bonus
Participants who join as Founders prior to April 29, 2026, or prior to the sellout of all Founder positions (3,703)
Every time a Founder introduces 3 new miners, they receive 5 additional seats of mining capacity.
Miner Affiliate Bonus
All participants
If this occurs within 30 days from the last time the bonus was earned, the reward doubles.
